
Enrique Alonso
SJP Properties announced the hiring of Enrique Alonso as senior vice president.
Alonso is responsible for business development and the marketing of SJP?s existing New York assets, including 11 Times Square.
Prior to joining SJP, Alonso was as an executive in CBRE?s Global Corporate Services group. In that capacity, he advised clients on their global real estate strategies.
He also previously served as a management consultant with Bain and Company, as well as a business development director with the National Basketball Association.
Alonso is a graduate of Amherst College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Carol Jones
Rose Associates has hired Carol M. Jones as a director within the company?s property management division.
Jones joins Rose from Lincoln Property Company where she managed their New York/Connecticut portfolio. Prior to that, she was vice president of asset management with BlackRock, Inc.
Jones has more than two decades of experience in asset management and residential property management.
She holds a bachelor degree in business administration, is a CPM with Institute of Real Estate Management and a member of the National Apartment Association.

Michaele Bengelsdorf
Rose Associates has hired Michele Bengelsdorf as a director within the company?s asset management division.
Bengelsdorf joins Rose from Deutsche Bank?s RREEF where she was vice president of asset management.
Bengelsdorf has nearly two decades of experience working in real estate, and she?s spent more than 10 years focused on asset management.
At RREEF she was responsible for overseeing operations of residential properties that comprised 2,000 units of housing. These assets were located throughout New York City, the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic. Earlier in her career, Bengelsdorf worked in Jones Lang LaSalle?s New York office where she was a vice president of strategic advisory and valuation services.
Bengelsdorf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Boston University.

Marty Lanigan
Greystone has appointed veteran real estate finance expert Marty Lanigan as executive vice president.
Lanigan will oversee Greystone?s Portfolio Lending Group and report to co-chief operating officer Robert Barolak.
Lanigan brings a long and successful background in commercial real estate finance to Greystone.
Prior to his role as executive vice president, Lanigan worked at Meridian Capital and as an independent consultant, completing projects such as the recapitalization of a large hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Before that, he founded and led Mezz Cap, a mezzanine lending firm that funded and securitized over 600 mezzanine loans in conjunction with a network of over 20 U.S. and Canadian conduit lenders. Lanigan has also held positions with Freddie Mac, GMAC and Prudential over the course of his career.
Lanigan is a CFA charter holder, and holds an MBA in Finance & Investments and International Business from The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C.

A real estate transactions veteran, Held has been involved in numerous real estate transactions and provided real estate guidance in significant corporate and financing transactions.
Held joins Day Pitney from O?Melveny & Myers LLP, where he was head of that firm?s New York real estate practice. He was also a member of the Transactions department and the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.
In addition to his real estate practice, Held has counseled private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions. He has also advised clients on general corporate matters.
